Each week, I volunteer with Cara, an incredible organization that helps people experiencing poverty build the skills, confidence, and community they need to get — and keep — good jobs. Their mission goes far beyond employment. Cara helps people unlock something deeper: self-worth, stability, and the power to break cycles of generational poverty.

That’s why I’ve chosen to donate 5% of my coaching fees to Cara Collective. When you work with me, you’re not just investing in your own next chapter, you’re helping someone else start theirs.
